Among the additions to the “Even More Stuff ” category includes the Salt & Pepper Calamari, seasoned with jalapeños, green onions and crispy garlic. There’s also the brand-new Roasted Shishito Peppers featuring togorashi and Parmesan cheese, not to mention the Chilled Chicken Salad tossed with Waimea baby greens, Asian pears, gyoza chips and ginger dressing. Located at Parker Ranch Center, Noodle Club showcases the talents of veteran Kohala Coast resort chef, Edwin Goto, whose creative menu has earned rave reviews since the day the restaurant first opened in late 2015. If you’re trying out the new menu, be sure to order the Kim Chee Bacon Fried Noodles made with fat boy noodles and poached egg. The tasty Chicharron blends with togorashi and ponzu. For dessert, save room for the Dairy-Free Chocolate Mousse topped with cacao nibs and whipped cream. Along with daily specials, the regular menu features gourmet noodle dishes, appetizers and soups made with topquality, locally sourced ingredients. All broths are homemade from pork, beef or vegetable stock. Chef Goto purchases his noodles from a noodle company in Honolulu. Noodle Club is open every day for lunch and dinner.
