Ali enjoys interacting with customers and also excels at being a gracious host. He believes in providing the utmost in customer service at Denny’s KOna, making himself available to customers any time of day or night to personally address any concern that might arise. “I have a customerservice number set up on my cellphone for anybody to call,” he said. “My cellphone number is also printed on the receipts and on my business cards. I make myself available 24/7 if needed.” During this holiday season, the festivities and charitable giving at Denny’s Kona are currently in full swing. The restaurant displays Salvation Army kettles at the entry and at the counter, and also hosts a “giving tree” in the lobby, where customers can donate gifts to be given to those less fortunate in the community. Additionally, Santa Claus has been making frequent appearances at the restaurant throughout the holidays. Bring the kids to eat at Denny’s and get free photos taken with Santa. Also, Denny’s Kona will have its own float in tomorrow’s holiday parade in Kailua- Kona.
