Best of all, the popular Italian restaurant offers 25-percent off all bottles of wine each and every Thursday. If you’re in the mood for a Tuscan Ribeye, consider noble red wines such as a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. A good match for the Grilled Pork Chop, a glass of Louis M. Martini from Sonoma County perfectly complements the rosemary-balsamic glaze that accompanies the dish. According to Romano’s, lighter red wines like Pinot Noir and Sangiovese pair well with the tomato based sauces are used in classic dishes like Chicken Parmesan or Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs + Spaghetti. These varietals also complement the Mushroom Ravioli, or Carmela’s Chicken. The latter is served with rigatoni, caramelized onions, mushrooms and marsala cream sauce.
