selling your home. In order to get the “WOW Factor effect” it’s important to layer
colors, textures, and varying the height of your elements in proportion with your
space....this will create a more dynamic design.
Natural Materials, such as crushed lava rocks are used to add color and texture
around your greens (shrubs and grass). In this project, lava stepping stones
(another natural material) were added as a walking path to the grass. Purchasing
more mature plants give the illusion that the landscape is very seasoned.
