A: At RP Grindz we are known for high quality, fresh, made to order food, exceptional service and really caring about our customers. Our menu has something for everyone. I also would like to think that we are also known for really taking into consideration customer feedback. In this business, as much as you try to get everything on point, you will fall short on occasion. That is when customer feedback is very important. RP Grindz, “Where every plate matters,” is a saying I live and take to heart. Q: What’s new at RP Grindz? A: I recently started Bento Wednesdays, which opened up a can of worms. I post my bento menu on Sunday night on Instagram and take pre-orders till Tuesday. On Wednesdays I hit the road and personally deliver every bento. Another thing I am starting will be delivery service to certain places on certain days. It will be a way for RP Grindz to generate new clients and get great food to those who can’t leave on their lunch break. Q: What other services do you offer besides everyday lunch operation? A: We offer on-site, full-service catering which has three different menus to choose from. Or we can sit and discuss a personalized menu, drop-off or pickup catering. Need to fundraise? Call us, as we offer our bentos as a fundraising option for a very fair price. I also offer personal chef services.
