The beautiful interiors showcase hardwood floors, plantation shutters, board-and-batten-style walls and intimate lighting. The gourmet food menu at Daylight Mind Café & Restaurant is built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients. All of its bread and pastry products are baked in-house at the flagship location in Kailua-Kona. For early risers, the Café is open at 6 a.m. The restaurant also offers a daily happy hour.
