JUNE 9, 2017 Summer Fun Includes Al Fresco Dining Summer is here and al fresco dining is taking place at restaurants all across the mainland, yet here in Hawaii, eating outdoors is a year-round pleasure. Al fresco dining options abound at Queens’ MarketPlace. At the center’s Ono Food Court, grab a bite to go and enjoy your meal at the outdoor patio or one of the many tables available at the Queens’ MarketPlace Coronation Pavilion. Many exciting events are coming to Coronation Pavilion this summer, including Movies Under the Stars and the Monthly Mini Concert Series. It’s a great place for the entire family to eat lunch or dinner outside while enjoying live music, hula performances and Polynesian dancing. For a thoroughly relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner, check out Daylight Mind Café & Restaurant. With indoor and outdoor seating, the American-style bistro offers an upscale vibe in which to partake in an array of coffees from around the world. A clear view of Mauna Kea can be seen from the many dining tables outside on the wood-planked patio. The beautiful interiors showcase hardwood floors, plantation shutters, board-and-batten-style walls and intimate lighting.
