and amends the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, the Wagner-Peyser Act,

Authorizes the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds of the County of
Hawai’i for the Purpose of Funding All or a Portion of the Costs of Various

Such Bonds and Provides for Their Sale to the Public; and Authorizes the Taking of
Other Actions Relating to the Issuance and Sale of the Bonds. Authorizes the
issuance up to $99,750,000 in general obligation bonds, which includes $750,000
for the cost of issuance, for those public improvement projects authorized under
Ordinance No. 14-82 (Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-2015). AYES: Council

($450,000); and appropriates the same to the Coffee Berry Borer Pesticide Subsidy
