Cindy Griffey’s love of Hawaii
began as a little girl after she
visited family on Oahu when
it became a state in 1959. It
was on Waikiki where her grandfather
swam with Duke Kahanamoku and
Johnny Weissmuller while training for
the Olympics. From then on she was
destined to move to Hawaii, but only
after getting her Associates Degree in
Interior Design from a Boston college.
Moving to Maui at 19 for a few
years where her three brothers lived,
she later settled in Kona to raise a family
in 1978. She’s a proud mother of
three and now a grandmother of seven.
Cindy is a top producer for MacArthur

She was awarded the Hawaii Business
Top 100 Realtors by “Hawaii Business
Magazine” for most transactions in
2015 and 2017. Prior to joining MacArthur

Cindy began her real estate career in
1990 at Century 21, where she was
part owner and top producer year
after year. She’s achieved the highest

September, she is taking her whole
family to Italy and Greece.
In her leisure time she enjoys
outrigger canoe paddling, paddle
boarding, surfing, hot yoga and lifting
weights. She is currently building a
new residence in Kona. Whether selling
coffee shacks or castles, Hawaii
real estate is her passion and Hawaii
is her life. After 43 years of living in
paradise, she is here to stay.
