She credits her listening, negotiating skills, patience and empathy to her former students, many of whom have become her clients today. Sue transitioned from teaching to full-time real estate in 2003 with the same enthusiasm to serve the community. In 2006, Hilary retired as president of Macfarms of Hawaii to become Sue’s real estate partner. He specializes in farms and land while Sue enjoys the challenge offered by all forms of real estate.
