Open for lunch, dinner, late-night cocktails and Sunday breakfast, A-Bay’s Island Grill puts the focus on fresh Island fare at family-friendly prices. Serving Pacific Rim cuisine, seafood and local favorites, the new restaurant presents a casual indoor-outdoor setting that includes an umbrella-covered patio and an air-conditioned bar and dining room. Prepared by Executive Chef Darcy Ambrosio, the appetizer menu features a variety of tapas including escargot, seafood crab cakes, steamed Manila clams and crispy pork belly. Salads are laden with farm-fresh greens and produce, while locally caught seafood ranges from sautéed ono ala Meuniere to grilled blackened ahi steak.
