2015-2016 REAL PROPERTY TAX
PAYMENT DEADLINE
Real property tax bills for the first-half installment of taxes due for the 2015-2016
tax year have been mailed to all property owners or their respective agents servicing
their accounts. The first-half installment of taxes must be paid on or before
THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2015,
or they will be delinquent and subject to penalty
and interest charges.
The County of Hawaii offices will be closed on FRIDAY,
AUGUST 21, 2015.
If you are responsible for paying the real property taxes and
HAVE NOT RECEIVED
your real property tax bill, please call the Real Property Tax Division, County of
Hawaii, at 961-8282 for a duplicate bill. Persons who have recently paid-off their
mortgages should also call to ensure that tax bills are sent to their attention, rather
than the bank or financial institution.
You may pay your real property tax bill online at

Administrative costs associated with online payments will be passed on to
you in the form of an additional fee by the online vendor. Credit cards
are not accepted at our Hilo or Kona Offices.
