Hawaii Tribune-Herald Building Bridges If you missed their performance at the Merrie Monarch Festival hoike last night, there’s still a chance to catch San Franciscobased Filipino folk dance group Parangal Dance Company in two additional performances this week as part of their first Big Island tour. The Parangal Cultural Show takes place today at the Hilo Daijingu Hall, 10 Anela St., starting with a pre-show at 6 p.m., with the main show at 7 p.m. The dance company also will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Kalani Retreat Center’s EMAX Green House in Pahoa.
