She also took classes to receive her
PIC (Property Image Consultant), assisting
sellers with staging their homes
when they are ready to sell.

get their real estate license and helped
them through the process,” she said.
Originally from the Bay Area,
Linda moved to the Big Island in
1984 with her husband, Howard. She
became a full-time licensed salesman
in 1985 and received her Broker’s
license in 1987. Her first assignment
was a new home development in
Kailua-Kona: Kuakini Makai. Through
the years, she has remained a top
producer. Additionally, her husband
is a longtime Realtor and is also her
business partner.
