Open seven nights a week from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Honu Bar offers two happy hours daily: 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. – 10 p.m. The impressive beverage menu showcases traditional and tropical handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers on tap and bottled, proprietary house martinis, and wines by the glass highlighting domestic and imported favorites. If you’re in the mood for a thoroughly creative martini, check out the unique martinis served at the Honu Bar. The Smoked Marlin Martini, for example, features Bombay Sapphire with a smoked marlin treat. There’s also the Chocolate Macadamia Nut Martini made with hazelnut and chocolate liqueurs. For summer fun, the S’more Martini is made with Crème de cocoa, Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, heavy crème, graham crackers, chocolate rim and a marshmallow.
