Sales for houses listed under a million had 44 closings. Now that still leaves an inventory of 105 houses available but that is pretty skimpy considering we are selling 44 a month… that is less than a threemonth supply. There were also 72 pending house sales, so November should be strong as well. Condo sales in North Kona also did well with 39 closings. The inventory in condos is a little better with 129 at the end of October that were still waiting for the right buyer. Pending sales show 63 waiting to record so again November should also be a good month for sellers in this category. Look for this trend to continue through high season (December through March) and possibly beyond since we are getting a huge increase in tourists this year so we most likely will have some strong interest from these new guests.
