Selected Varieties Mason Jar Peeps Brownies Ingredients • 1/2 cup butter • 1 cup white sugar • 2 eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/2 cup all-purpose fl our • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder • 1 box of Halloween Peeps • 10 four oz. mason jars Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray cooking oil in each mason jar. 2. In a large bowl, stir in melted butter, sugar, eggs & 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup fl our, salt and baking powder. Pour batter into each jar. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes. 4. Place a Halloween Peep on top of each one. 5.
