Check out the delicate Cajun Furikake Seared Ahi, lightly seasoned with Cajun spices and served with lilikoi ponzu and spicy black bean shoyu. Another popular appetizer on the Foster’s Kitchen menu, the Whipped Goat Cheese Bruschetta makes the perfect prelude to a memorable lunch or dinner overlooking Kailua Bay. An accomplished pastry chef who previously worked at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco, Chef Meza knows how to make a tantalizing puff pastry. Also on the appetizer roster, his must-try Seafood Pesto Puff Pastry brims with crab, shrimp, pesto and cheese, baked inside a puff pastry brushed with pesto butter and sprinkled with Parmesan.
