Closed for the last month while renovation was underway, the oceanfront restaurant at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay will showcase impressive upgrades to the venue. The revitalization includes enhanced flooring, lighting and furnishings, along with an additional cocktail bar and multipurpose buffet line. Fresh and exciting new local island cuisine menu items are also on tap for the signature restaurant overlooking Keauhou Bay, said Matthew Bailey, Global Experience Manager at the resort. “Rays on the Bay will continue to be Kailua- Kona’s destination for upscale farm-to-table and hook-to-cook culinary offerings. We are thrilled and very much looking forward to resort guests and locals alike to come and experience the new ‘Raynovation’ at Rays on the Bay.” In late 2017, the resort will be adding Holoholo Café & Market, which will feature Kona coffee, elevated grab-n-go food options, Hawaiian gifts, souvenirs, Rays on the Bay will unveil its new $400,000 renovation this Saturday.
