Reservations recommended. Dads on Father’s Day will be treated to a mouthwatering Steak & Whiskey menu and other special surprises at Ruth’s Chris Steak House at the Shops at Mauna Lani. Offered June 16-18, the special menu features tantalizing entrées paired with superb whiskey cocktails made with premium bourbons. For starters, the Chilled Seafood Tower teems with Maine Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, and Colossal Lump Blue Crab. The “Just For Dad” entrées include premium cuts of prime steak highlighted by the 40-ouncee Tomahawk Ribeye, an amazing piece of USDA Prime bone-in, well marbled for peak flavor. Meanwhile, the Bone-In New York Strip features a USAD Prime full-bodied 19-ounce bone-in cut, while the Bone-In Filet unveils an incredibly tender 16-ounce bone-in cut at the peak of its flavor. Rounding out the roster, the Porterhouse For Two combines the rich flavor of a strip with the tenderness of a filet in a 40-ounce USDA Prime cut. Each entrée can be accompanied by “Dad’s Favorite Sides,” either Lobster Mac & Cheese or Baked Potato. “Dad’s Favorite Entrée Complements” range from Jumbo Seasoned Grilled Shrimp to Oscar Style Crab Cake with asparagus and béarnaise sauce. Make a toast to Dad with a specialty whiskey cocktail featuring premium spirits and freshly pureed ingredients.
