Located at the Kings’ Shops in Waikoloa Beach Resort, A-Bay’s Island Grill features a 24-tap beer tower brimming with local brews and craft beer. Custom-made of monkeypod wood, the cocktail bar comes complete with a frost rail that runs the length of the bar for keeping your beer mug or cocktail glass cool. An in-house cicerone (beer sommelier) can help you select the perfect brew to accompany your meal or appetizer. On the roster includes Maui Mosaic Mo’ Bettah, Mehana Humpback Blue, Mehana Sunset Amber, and Big Island Black Whole, to name a few. Happy hour takes place daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. For latenight cocktails, A-Bay’s is one of the few restaurants on the Kohala Coast open until midnight.
