The delicious Poi Bowl, for example, features sweet potato taro poi topped with seasoned kalua pig and delicious lomi salmon. Chef Ippy’s version of his favorite childhood takeout food, the Pork Belly is made with Chinese mustard-honey butter served over seasonal vegetables and chow mein.
