The elaborate menu offers an array of choices at the popular restaurant located at Queens’ MarketPlace in Waikoloa Beach Resort. A longtime favorite with visitors and locals alike, the Panko Crusted Ahi Sashimi Roll is a lightly fried appetizer made with premium, island-fresh ahi wrapped in arugula and spinach served with soy wasabi butter sauce. Prepared with a crispy Chinese noodle crust, the Asian Shrimp Cake blends ginger-lime-chili butter with cilantro pesto. Sansei’s Mango Crab Salad Hand Roll and Shrimp Dynamite both showcase the innovative flavors and inspired presentations that Sansei is known for. In the entrée department, one of the “must-try” dishes is the Ginger Hoisin Smoked Duck Breast served with sautéed spinach and roasted fingerling potatoes.
