What a fantastic flatbread sandwich we had! I asked for a BLT flatbread sandwich that was not on the menu and the cook was nice enough to make me one - thank you. This was much less expensive than eating in the local resort… Ken G Middletown, Delaware Roy’s Waikoloa Bar & Grill We landed up at Roy’s after a day by the pool at our resort. My daughter and I gad the fish trio and it was amazing. I think it was the bes salmon I have ever tasted and I have eaten a lot of salmon in my life. There were 2 other fish as part of the dish and both were amazing, but since I have never eaten them before, I don’t have a good reference for how well they were prepared. Is the fish ? Or the way it was prepared? Really doesn’t matter, they were amazing. Service was outstanding, but then its Roy’s and I would not expect anything less. I have eaten a few other locations and each time it was a memorable meal.
