With two happy hours per day (3-5 p.m. and late night, 9-11 p.m.), Foster’s Kitchen invites patrons to enjoy $2 off signature cocktails made with fresh juice, handmade syrups and no added preservatives or commercial mixes. Live music is featured nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The impressive menu brims with gourmet choices reasonably priced. Everything is made from scratch, including desserts. If it’s sunset cocktails with a fabulous oceanfront view you’re looking for, Foster’s Kitchen showcases a casual, open-air setting where the onshore breezes flow. A tropical favorite originating from the Virgin Islands, Foster’s Kitchen’s Painkiller is blended with Pusser’s Rum, cream of coconut and home-squeezed tropical juices. One of the most popular cocktails at Foster’s, the Blackberry Peach Bramble blends house-made lemonade with Botanical gin, plus peaches and blackberries muddled in a mason jar. During both happy hours, all adult beverages are $2 off including the White Road, a Kahlua-and-coffee cocktail named after early-morning adventures in Waimea. Start your night out right with the Wild Thing, blending Hawaiian chili pepper and organic vanilla. For flavors of Mexico, celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a Rosarito Margarita featuring hibiscusinfused Resposado tequila.
