The special Easter buffet will take place at Sam Choy’s from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., this coming Sunday, April 16. On the menu, kabocha pumpkin soup is just one of many savory dishes that will be served throughout the day, along with ahi poke, fresh fruit salad, glass noodles, turkey, ham, prime rib and Caesar salad. Accompanying the entrées will be buttery dinner rolls, savory stuffing, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, sautéed vegetables, white and brown rice, macaroni salad and fresh green salad. At the omelet station, Sam’s culinary team will prepare custom omelets with ingredients of your choosing. The Easter menu also features assorted delicious desserts. Coffee, tea and sodas are also included. Alcohol sold separately, including $15 bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys. Cost for the Easter Buffet is $49 per person and $15 for children six to 12 years old. Five and under are free. Sam Choy’s Kai Lanai features an open-air setting with great views of the blue Pacific from every seat in the house. Fire bowls on the lanai add to the tropical ambience during sunset dining.
