ONO-LICIOUS | MARCH 31, 2017 A la Carte Noodle Club in Waimea Features All Things Noodles The menu is simple but the choices are divine at Noodle Club. Located in Parker Ranch Shopping Center, Noodle Club features gourmet noodle dishes and appetizers, along with salads, soups and homemade desserts. Check out the Kim Chee Bacon Fried Noodles ($12), prepared with fat boy noodles and poached eggs. It doesn’t get any more delicious than the All Things Pork Ramen ($12), brimming with noodles, shoyu-braised pork, chicharon, bacon tare, braised daikon, 6.5 egg, nori and pea tendrils. According to Noodle Club chef Edwin Goto, the Bowl of Seoul ($12.50) is the most popular item on his menu. This kim-chee-inspired dish features braised beef brisket, leek, daikon, kochukaru, kim chee, 6.5 egg and nori. All soups are made daily from homemade stocks, like the Big Pho King Bone ($11.50) simmering with beef bone marrow, rice noodles and assorted herbs. The Club Saimin ($9.50) features eggs, green onion and fish. Top off your lunch or dinner at Noodle Club with some homemade desserts for $5, including the Yuza Pudding Cake; Almond Milk Panna Cotta with fruit; Green Tea Ice Cream; and the absolutely fabulous Dairy-Free Chocolate Mousse ($5.50) with cacoa nibs and whipped cream. Noodle Club is open daily (closed Mondays) beginning at 10:30 a.m. ■ The All Things Pork Ramen is a favorite dish, pictured above, at Noodle Club in Waimea.
