Forces Join For The Greater Good On December 9th, Merriman’s Waimea will host a fabulous evening of food and libations in the name of land conservation. A benefit for the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust, the event will feature a collaborative farm to table menu by Mark Noguchi and Merriman’s chef Vince McCarthy. “We are excited to have the opportunity to help protect Hawaii”, said Owner/Chef Peter Merriman, who has served on the board of the HILT since 2009. “Our event will provide the opportunity for these great chefs to lend their hand in conservation”, he adds.
