But the meal we had was amazing. We were kind of obsessed with the salsa. Apparently the chef makes a different fresh recipe each time. We asked about the ingredients and wrote down the peppers he used and maybe we can make something similar at home. The seafood stuff relleno was absolutely delicious! We had a group of 5 and everyone loved their food. If this restaurant was located in our hometown, we would be regulars for sure. Elizabeth M Houston, TX Island Gourmet Markets Island Gourmet is the most convenient grocery store in the Waikoloa Beach area. This store is one of the many ABC stores in Hawaii but has much more than just souvenirs and snack items. It is a full service grocery store, a fresh meat and seafood store, and a great deli with many prepared food items. This store also offers beer, wine, and liquor. Island Gourmet is located in the Queens Village Shopping Center and it makes a good stop for those renting condos or staying in time shares with kitchens in the Waikoloa Beach area. Take a break from shopping with a refreshing drink and a deli sandwich in the outside seating area. Hot coffee and fresh bakery items make for an easy morning visit. If you need souvenirs. tee shirts, or a beach ball, Island Gourmet has it all. The food and service is exceptional and could not fault anything. The chocolate souffle is out of the world and it does go for all of the food we had on our plates. We did reserve a table and was seated immediately. The waitress was extremely professional and knew the menu well even the little tip of ordering the desert during our main as the souffle takes 30 minutes to prepare and serve. I visit Hawaii frequently (not as much as I like) and I will always visit a Roys restaurant its just a shame there is not a Roys in London. Great Restaurant cannot wait to eat at Roys again.
