10 Sunday, March 6, 2016 Hawaii Tribune-Herald UNIVERSITY TOWN Students pick up hair evidence at a mock crime scene during an Introduction to Forensics class at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. The class is offered by the UH-Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service. “When we talk about lifelong learning, we talk about the fact that learning doesn’t stop just because you’re not enrolled in a class or being on a campus. We strongly believe in the beauty of learning for the love of learning, not simply because we are working toward a degree or a new position.” FARRAH-MARIE GOMES, University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service interim dean
