The Taste of Hilo features the culinary skills of more than 35 chefs, restaurants and patisseries that provide their talents, ingredients and staff to make the fundraiser a success. A portion of event proceeds goes to support Hawaii Community College. Through the years, the Japanese Chamber has raised more than $160,000 to support educational programs at HCC.
