A: Apart from the awesome food, I think the reason is a combination of many elements, but people love this innovative concept of freshness. Our guests know we are a scratch kitchen and we prep throughout the day according to demand. Our guests also know we support our local farmers, community and our philosophy is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Q: What’s new at WikiFRESH? A: On Cinco de Mayo, WikiFRESH launched our long-awaited WikiNachos. Freshly made chips daily, sofrito-style black beans, cheese, tomato salsa, sour cream and a protein of your choice: ono chicken, mojo pork, Caribbean turkey, Hamakua beef or quinoa. Paired with the popular WikiRita (margarita), it’s the perfect combination. Q: What are some of your most popular menu items? A: The grilled marinated ono chicken bowl, which is an Asian tropical fusion marinade, is definitely our top seller. Guests build their bowl or wrap exactly how they want it. We also are getting rave reviews about our homemade fresh pineapple salsa and papaya salsa, guacamole and pesto sauce. By the way, we recently introduced our fresh-made tortilla chips in three flavors: regular, spicy and sweet.
