4 Thursday, November 10, 2016 Island Beat Hawaii Tribune-Herald Big Island music lovers will be treated to everything from blazing bagpipe rock ’n’ roll to indie acoustic roots rock as Celtica Pipes Rock returns to East Hawaii for two concerts, with Los Angeles singer-songwriter Christopher Hawley as the opening act. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. with showtime at 9 p.m. Friday at Hilo Town Tavern.
